Terms of Service

Accounts are created using a valid email address and authenticated via a one-time passcode. You may only hold one account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activity that occurs under your Repme account.

You may register as Talent, a Hirer, or both. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the Platform.

Talent users may subscribe to a paid plan (currently the Starter plan at £99 per year) to access matching and notification features. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. No commission is charged on any work you obtain through the Platform.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through the subscription management page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no pro-rata refund is provided for the remaining term.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. The new price will apply from your next renewal date.

Repme is a matching platform only. We are not an employment agency, employer, or talent agent. We do not guarantee any bookings, engagements, or income. Any arrangement between a Talent user and a Hirer is a direct contract between those parties — we are not a party to it and accept no responsibility for its terms or outcome.

For Talent: You create a profile describing your skills, genres, location, rates, and availability. Our matching engine scores opportunities against your profile and surfaces relevant matches. You may apply to opportunities directly through the Platform.

For Hirers: You post opportunity listings describing the role, location, dates, and pay. Talent users can view and apply to your listings. You manage applications through your hiring dashboard.

We also aggregate publicly available opportunity listings from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of third-party listings.

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate profile bios, power voice-based onboarding, and score opportunity matches. AI outputs are assistive and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it appears on your profile.

If you use our voice onboarding feature, your conversation is processed by our AI provider to populate your profile fields. By initiating a voice session you consent to this processing. We do not create biometric voiceprints from your voice data, and we do not sell or licence your personal data to train third-party AI models.

You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, photos, videos, opportunity listings, applications). By submitting content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

You must not submit content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Infringes any third party's intellectual property
• Is unlawful, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Contains malware or spam

We may remove content that violates these Terms and suspend or terminate accounts responsible for repeated violations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of income, bookings, or data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

You may delete your account at any time from your settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Sections 7 (User Content licence for previously distributed content), 8 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Indemnification), and 15 (Governing Law) survive termination.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Repme regarding your use of the Platform.
